EVIDENCE OF ELIGIBILITY
To keep Cubbi exclusive to new and expecting parents, we ask you to provide a simple proof of eligibility. This ensures that the discounts and offers from our brand partners go directly to the families they’re designed to support. Here’s the types of evidence we accept:

When uploading your proof, please make sure your full name and the “valid from” or “signed” date are clearly visible. All documents must be dated within the past 18 months.
We only use your evidence to verify your account, then delete it from our system once it’s been reviewed. If you have any further questions about our sign up process, check out our FAQs.
