We accept a variety of documents which help us verify you. Some of the most common ones are listed below. Don't worry about scanning, a clear photo or screenshot will do!

We only use your evidence to verify your account, then delete it from our system once it's been reviewed. If you have any further questions about our sign up process, check out our FAQs or contact us.

Fast track approval

Approx 2 Minutes

Our automated approval system can approve the following documents in as little as 2 minutes. If the image you upload is unclear or has information missing it may still need to go to manual approval which can take up to 72 hours.

MAT B1

MAT B1 forms are usually given to you by your midwife at around 20 weeks as a physical paper copy. The document has two pages so make sure you upload the side which shows the signed date.

Most midwives give this to you at your 8 week booking appointment. Many also now send this as an email so it can be as simple as a quick screenshot and upload!

You'll get this after your baby is born (usually within 42 days) when you formally register their birth.

Manual approval

Up to 72 Hours

The following documents are also accepted but our automated approvals can't handle them just yet! These will be sent for manual review which can take up to 72 hours during busy periods…we'll get you saving as soon as we can!
