HOW DOES CUBBI WORK?
Cubbi is a free app made just for new parents. You can register for free from the first trimester of pregnancy until your child is 18 months old.
We operate like other discount platforms for students and key workers exclusive discounts and perks from brands we know they love.

We’ve teamed up with hundreds of brands across food, fashion, travel, baby gear, beauty, home and more! And the list is growing every week!

WHO CAN JOIN CUBBI?
Cubbi is for all new and expecting parents however you make your way to parenthood.
Whether it’s your first or fifth baby, we want you in the club. If you’re expecting a baby or your child is under 18 months old, you’re welcome to join.
MY PARENTAL LEAVE IS OVER, CAN I STILL JOIN?
Yes! As long as your parental leave evidence is dated within the past 18 months, you can join Cubbi and enjoy all the perks, even if you’re already back at work.
HOW DO I JOIN?
Download the FREE Cubbi app from the App Store or Google Play and follow the steps to sign up. The app is the best way to access our platform but you can also access our via web too.
You'll be asked to upload evidence of eligibility so that we can verify that you are a real new or expecting parent.
Once approved, you'll have access to our platform where you can save money across hundreds of the UK's top brands!
HOW DOES THE VERIFICATION PROCESS WORK?
When you sign up you’ll be asked to upload of one of these documents, (a screenshot or a clear photo will do):

Birth certificate
-
Maternity Exemption Certificate, MATB1 or SC3 form

Letter from an adoption, foster or surrogacy agency

Baby loss certificate
AUTOMATED APPROVAL
Some of the documents above are eligible for automated approval which means you can get approved in just 2 minutes! If the document you upload is not clear or key information is not visible, we may need to send it for manual review (see below).
MANUAL APPROVAL
Some documents may need to be sent for manual review. If this happens, we aim to complete our review within 72 hours.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your account has been reviewed. More information on the sign up process is available here.
We only use your evidence to verify your account, we then delete it from our system once it’s been reviewed.

MY EVIDENCE WAS REJECTED WHAT DO I DO?
If you uploaded evidence for auto-approval it may fail verification for a number of reasons including, unclear image or key information not visible. Your upload will then be sent for manual review and a decision will be made within 72 hours.
If the manual review is unable to verify your eligibility, we will send you an email to let you know. Don't worry, if this happens, you are welcome to re-apply via our normal sign-up process with the correct evidence.

Brands offer exclusive discounts on Cubbi to support real parents during this special stage of life.
Verification helps us make sure their offers go to the people they’re meant for and helps us secure the best possible deals for you.
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE EVIDENCE I UPLOAD?
Your privacy matters to us.
We only use your evidence to verify your account, we then delete it from our system once it’s been reviewed.

CAN MY PARTNER JOIN TOO?
We know parenting is a team effort!
Right now, everyone needs to join individually using their own evidence, but we’re working on a referral option so your partner can easily sign up too. Watch this space!
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Nothing! Cubbi is completely free to use.
We just ask you to complete your profile and upload your evidence so we can prove you’re a real parent, this is what helps us negotiate the best brand offers for you.
