This Cookie Policy (Policy) describes how Cubbi App Ltd (collectively referred to as Cubbi, we, us, or our in this Policy) collects and processes information about you or your device on our website: https://www.cubbi.uk/, and our application (our App) (together, the Sites) through the use of cookies.

Our Sites use cookies to distinguish you from other users which helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our Sites and also allows us to improve our Sites.

In this Policy, references to you and your are references to the visitor or user of the Sites (as applicable).

2. WHAT ARE COOKIES

A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store on your browser or the storage of your device (e.g. smartphone or other electronic devices), if you agree. Cookies contain information that is transferred to your device's storage.

4. WHAT TYPE OF COOKIES DO WE USE?

We use the following cookies:

Essential cookies. These are required for the operation of our Sites. They include, for example, cookies that enable you to log into secure areas of our App. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics & performance. We use PostHog, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to understand how people use Cubbi, including which screens are visited, where people get stuck, and what we should fix or improve. This helps us make the App better. We do not use this data to advertise to you.
Session recordings. We use PostHog session recordings to see how people interact with Cubbi, helping us identify bugs and usability issues. Recordings may capture taps, navigation and screen interactions. We do not use this data to advertise to you.
Advertising & marketing. We use the Meta Pixel / Conversions API, Google Ads, and Google AdSense to measure how well our advertising is working and, where you consent, to show our ads to relevant people. If you do not consent, you will still see our ads elsewhere, but they will not be measured or tailored using your Cubbi activity.

5. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR COOKIES?

We work with the following third parties, who set cookies or use similar tracking technologies on our Sites:

PostHog — used for product analytics and performance monitoring, and session recordings.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd — used for advertising measurement and audience targeting via the Meta Pixel / Conversions API.
Google — used for advertising measurement and audience targeting via Google Ads and Google AdSense, and for site analytics via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

To deactivate the use of third-party advertising cookies, you may visit the consumer pages provided by these third parties, or adjust your preferences via the cookie banner on our website or the Profile section of our App.

6. HOW LONG DO WE STORE YOUR COOKIES FOR?
